Yacht Club Props
I took this early one morning at the FdL Yacht Club. The yellow glow is not from the sun, but rather from a nearby street lamp.

The blessings of living in Wisconsin!
Isn't it amazing how God blesses us here in Wisconsin?
On Friday I was knee deep in a creek, trying to get the trout to sample a Renegade...
and less than twenty-four hours later, I'm sitting on the hard waters of a local lake trying to get the crappies and/or bluegills to snack on a maggot or two.
God is truly good!!

The woods are waking up from winter!!
I went trout fishing today, but since I didn't catch any fish, let's just say I was hiking along a creek in the woods carrying a fly rod and a camera. Saw a plethora of these beginning to poke through the snow and leaf mold. Not sure what they are, but they looked kind of cool. Maybe if the fish would have cooperated more I wouldn't have seen these beauties. The LORD provides!! Spring is on its way. Don

Snow Flowers?
I think these "sprang up" after the last fluffy snowfall. They looked better the night before when I was walking the dog. But I was able to get this photo the next morning.
This is right on Johnson Street/Highway 23, by the DeNevue Creek bridge, but you would never guess it by this photo. I walk by this almost everytime I take the dog for a walk. But last Sunday morning, after that fluffy snowfall, boy it just popped. It was just screaming at me to take a picture, so I did.
